• Internet/Technical Data – IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, app usage activity.
• Geolocation Data – Approximate or precise location (if enabled).
• Audio/Visual Data – Call recordings, uploaded documents, property photos.
• Inferences – Data analysis to assess loan eligibility.

How We Use Your Data

Data Sharing

• With licensed mortgage professionals, underwriters, processors, title/escrow companies, appraisers, insurance providers, and closing agents to complete transactions.
• If referred by a licensed real estate agent, you consent to sharing limited loan status updates with that agent (loan received, approval status, anticipated closing date). Financial details are only shared with explicit written consent, and you may revoke this consent at any time (processed within 30 days).
• With third-party service providers, including Google Analytics, Firebase, and the Google My Business API (for agent review retrieval).
• We do not sell your personal information as defined under CCPA/CPRA except where you give explicit verbal authorization.

Agent Data Handling

• Agents must follow local MLS rules.
• Agents may only post listings they represent or have written permission for.
• Agent-submitted property listings, MLS data, images, and Google My Business reviews are processed under the same data protections as other user content.

Accuracy of Content

• GoRealo does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted content.
• Users are responsible for ensuring any content they provide is accurate, complete, and lawful.

Your Privacy Rights

• Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
• Opt out of sale or sharing of your personal information.
• Limit use of sensitive personal data.
• Request a copy of data we hold about you.
• Non-discrimination: We will not deny services or charge different prices for exercising these rights.

• Loan application records – 7 years (regulatory compliance).
• Marketing and lead records – 2 years, unless deleted sooner at your request.

• All data is processed in the United States. If you access our services from outside the U.S., you consent to data transfer to the U.S.
